Khaitan acts on Century Textiles 10 acre land acquisition in Lower Parel

Century Textiles and Industries Limited has purchased an approximately 10 acre land parcel in Lower Parel from Nusli Neville Wadia for ₹1,100 crores.

Khaitan & Co advised Nusli Neville Wadia on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Haigreve Khaitan (Senior Partner), Harsh Parikh (Partner), Anirudh Jakhotia (Senior Associate) and Karan Mathur (Associate).
