JSA, Rajani Associates act on acquisition of PH Diagnostic Centre by Vijaya Diagnostic Centre

Promoter Shareholders of Pune-based P H Diagnostic Centre Private Limited have sold 100% of their stake in the company to a Hyderabad-based listed company, Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited.

JSA advised Vijaya Diagnostic Centre on this acquisition deal.
