JSA, SAM, Herbert Smith on Brookfield’s $1.6 billion acquisition of Reliance towers

Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) and Reliance Infratel Limited (RITL) will sell its mobile towers business to Brookfield Infrastructure Group (Brookfield) for $1.6 billion (Rs. 11,000 crore).
