Online travel agency MakeMyTrip has made a majority investment in Savaari Car Rentals Private Limited.

JSA assisted and advised MakeMyTrip on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Partners Trisheet Chatterjee, Zain Pandit, Sarvesh Kumar Saluja with Senior Associate Kaishori Raut and Associate and Neeral Jain.

MakeMyTrip is the leading online travel company in India that provides a bouquet of online services including airline tickets, domestic and international holiday packages, hotel reservations, homestays, rail and bus tickets etc.

Savaari Car Rentals is a leading online cab booking aggregator providing both local and inter-city car rental services.
