JSA, Anoma Legal act on UC Inclusive Credit Series A fundraise

UC Inclusive Credit Private Limited (UCIC) has recently concluded its Series A fundraise. The lead investor in this round was Insitor Impact Asia Fund II.

JSA represented UCIC in this fundraise. JSA also provided inputs to the existing investor – Aarin Capital Partners and assisted Unitus Capital Mauritius (the majority shareholder) with its internal agreements.

The transaction team consisted of Gerald Manoharan (Lead Partner), Manuel Jose (Partner) and Manas Ingle (Senior Associate).

UCIC is an impact-focused non-banking finance company with headquarters in Bengaluru.
