JSA advises Inflexor Technology Fund on investment in A5G Networks

Inflexor Technology Fund has made an investment in A5G Networks, Inc. as well as in its Indian subsidiary, A5G Networks Private Limited. Inflexor has acquired 4% stake in the Indian entity.

JSA assisted Inflexor Technology Fund in this deal by drafting the transaction documents, advising on the structuring aspects, and assisting in the closing process.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner) and Prerana Chaudhari (Principal Associate).
