JSA advises Cera Sanitaryware in its buyback of equity shares through tender offer route

Cera Sanitaryware has made a buyback of equity shares through the tender offer route in accordance with the SEBI Buyback Regulations.

JSA advised Cera Sanitaryware on this transaction.
