JSA advises Lok Capital on its investment in GrowXCD

Lok Capital has made an investment of ₹50 crore in GrowXCD Finance's Series A fundraise.

JSA advised Lok Capital in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner), Prerana Chaudhari (Principal Associate) and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).

GrowXCD Finance is a Chennai-based startup specializing in financial services for the MSME sector. GrowXCD Finance's product portfolio, tailored to low-income households and small businesses, includes innovative financial products like small business mortgage loans, home construction loans, and short-term unsecured loans.
