JSA acts on Omnivore investment in Finhaat Technology

Omnivore VC has invested an undisclosed amount in Finhaat Technology, a pioneering insurtech startup.

JSA advised Omnivore VC in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner), Prerana Chaudhari (Principal Associate), and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).

Finhaat, which began its journey in June 2022, focuses on delivering digital insurance services to underrepresented communities in Tier-II and Tier-III cities.

This funding will aid Finhaat in developing advanced technology models, enriching product experiences, and expanding its partner base.
