Karkhana.io (Bendable Technologies Private Limited) has raised approximately ₹50 crore from a Series A fundraise from Unitary Fund, Sai Global India Fund I, LLP, Vertex Ventures Sea Fund IV Pte. Ltd.

JCSS Law advised and assisted Karkhana.io on this fundraise. The Firm's role further involved legal due diligence, drafting, review, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Radhika Subhash (Managing Partner), Payal Sarda (Senior Associate) and Joseph Mario Ritvik (Associate).

Karkhana.io offers flexible and scalable manufacturing services, encompassing small batch-to-volume production, box-build, and product localization solutions.

The funds will be used to expand its supplier base, establish a robust electronics supply chain, and drive scaling efforts in the United States and Europe.
