IPO team retained for KSK Energy QIP

Khaitan advised Lehman-backed KSK Energy in its recently-concluded Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Incidentally, this is the first issue Khaitan has advised from its new office at One Indiabulls Centre. KSK Energy has raised approximately Rs. 515 crores ($110.5 million) through the QIP.
