Vaish Associates’ Gurgaon team led by Partner, Hitender Mehta has advised Sel Textiles’ public issue. Promoted by holding company, Sel Manufacturing Company Limited, the company intends to utilize the money raised to set up a new facility to manufacture towels. The Ludhiana-based Sel Manufacturing Company Limited is promoted by the 41 year-old R.S. Saluja Group, which is managed by founder Ram Saran Saluja and his children Neeraj Saluja and Dheeraj Saluja. The issue comprises about 28 percent of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital.
