Induslaw, Baker Mckenzie, CAM lead on first (power sector) settlement pursuant to RBI Feb Circular

Agritrade Resources, a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has acquired SKS Power Generation (Chhattisgarh) Limited through a One Time Settlement of Rs. 2,170 crores for all outstanding debt to State Bank of India, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and PTC (India) Financial Services Limited.
