Indiabulls power file DRHP; Amarchand, CC Asia advise

After NHPC and Adani Power, Indiabulls Power Limited is out with an IPO. Amarchand Mangaldas’ Mumbai office is advising on the Rs. 1,760 crore ($ 380 Million) IPO. Singapore based CC Asia Limited is advising the lead managers in the deal. Amarchand had also advised NHPC on its IPO.
