Imperial Law assists Axis Finance in providing debt facilities to Rico Auto Industries

Axis Finance Limited has provided ₹750 million debt facility to Rico Auto Industries Limited.

Imperial Law Offices acted as the lender's legal counsel to Axis Finance. The firm’s role included providing comprehensive legal advice on the transaction, including drafting of the financing and security documents, drafting pre-disbursement compliance documents, reviewing title search reports.

The transaction team consisted of Amit Prakash (Partner), Aditya Garg (Associate) and Kumar Aditya Bhardwaj (Associate).
