HSA leads on Grasim’s divestment of Grasim Bhiwani Textiles to Donear

Grasim Industries, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, has entered into a share transfer agreement for the divestment of its 100% holding in its wholly owned subsidiary, Grasim Bhiwani Textiles, to the Mumbai-based textile company, Donear Group, reported ET.
