HSA and Reed Smith lead on Yash Raj Films Hollywood Production international financing

Yash Raj Films (YRF) has completed the first stage of the international financing arrangements for YRF’s Hollywood motion picture production, with Natixis Coficiné, the corporate, investment management and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking player in France.
