GameChanger Law assists Dozee in Series A2 fundraise

Dozee has secured approximately ₹49.1 crores ($6 million) through its Series A2 fundraise, which saw the participation of new investors - State Bank of India, J&A Partners Family Office, and Dinesh Mody Ventures, as well as Dozee's existing investors - Prime Venture Partners, 3one4 Capital, and YourNest Venture Capital.

GameChanger Law Advisors acted as legal counsel of Dozee on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Amrut Joshi (Founder), Saket Rachakonda (Senior Associate), and Wilfred Synrem (Associate).

This was the 5th investment transaction of Dozee in which GameChanger Law Advisors acted as their legal counsel.

Dozee is a pioneer in contactless Remote Patient Monitoring and AI-based early warning system. Its AI algorithms enable early detection of any health deterioration, to save lives in time.

Dozee plans to employ the new funds in expanding its reach and investing in R&D capabilities.
