GameChanger Law advises Fitpage on raising funds from Rainmatter

India's first integrated heart fitness platform Fitpage has raised funds from Rainmatter (by Zerodha).

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Fitpage on this transaction as their retained legal counsel. The firm assisted Fitpage in the structuring, drafting and negotiating of the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and Saket Rachakonda (Senior Associate).
