Fox & Mandal advises Apollo Hospitals on acquisition of a healthcare facility from Future Education & Research Trust

Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals Limited has acquired a partially constructed healthcare facility in Sonarpur from Future Education & Research Trust for a consideration of ₹102 crore.

Fox & Mandal advised Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals in this acquisition deal. The firm worked on transaction documentation and legal due diligence.

The transaction team was led by Debanjan Mandal (Managing Partner), Sourav Bhagat (Partner) and Akshat Pande (Partner), and were assisted by Saptarshi Roy (Senior Associate), Chirag Gupta (Senior Associate), Ritwik Saha (Associate), Trisha Agarwala (Associate) and Anuja Khandelwal (Associate).

The 325 bed hospital is set to be equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and resources, designed to provide high-end specialties including advanced oncology care with radiotherapy to its patients.
