Emerald Law Offices acts on SLMG Beverages acquisition of bottling plant business from Hindustan Coca-Cola

SLMG Beverages Private Limited has acquired the bottling plant and operations of the State of Bihar from Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), which marks a momentous stride in the business expansion of SLMG.

SLMG runs a highly prosperous bottling franchise enterprise spanning multiple states, underpinned by substantial investments in manufacturing, sales, and distribution infrastructure. Additionally, SLMG is the franchise partner of Coca-Cola India Private Limited in the State of Uttarakhand, various parts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar.
