ELP advises Somerset Indus Capital Partners in its investment in Natural Biogenex

Somerset Indus Capital Partners has made an investment in Natural Biogenex Private Limited, a company manufacturing steroidal APIs.

This marks the fund’s sixth overall investment from its Fund II.

Economic Laws Practice advised Somerset Indus Capital Partners in this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Vinay Butani (Partner), Rudraksh Bhatt (Senior Associate) and Faiz Thakur (Senior Associate).
