ELP acts on Zen Technologies 1,000 crore QIP

Zen Technologies Limited has raised ₹1,000 crore via a qualified institutions placement of 62,46,096 equity shares.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised the lead managers Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, ICICI Securities Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited in connection with this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Geeta Dhania (Partner), Abhishek Gupta, Vedaarth Uberoi and Shreeya Srungarapu (Associates).

Zen Technologies Limited is a provider of defense simulation training equipment and counter-drone solutions. The proceeds of this issue would be used by the Company to explore inorganic growth opportunities and fund its working capital requirements.
