Eckart sells mica-based cosmetics business to Sudarshan Chemical Crawford and Noerr advise

Germany-based Eckart Group, a company of Altana Group, has sold its natural mica pearlescent business (cosmetics) to the Indian chemical group Sudarshan Chemical Industries. Sudarshan Chemical has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Eckart and its affiliates to purchase the cosmetics portfolio.
