Singapore-headquartered Global Schools Foundation (GSF) has entered into a strategic partnership with Mumbai-headquartered Witty Group of Institutions (Witty), operating leading ranked schools in Mumbai and Rajasthan.

DSK Legal assisted Witty and its Founders, Dr. Vinay Jain and Dr. Raina Jain, in relation to entering into the said strategic partnership with GSF, including advising on the structuring of the entire transaction with different entities.

The transaction team consisted of Hemang Parekh (Partner), Jayesh Kothari (Partner), Pooja Khanna (Principal Associate), Rajlaxmi Kale (Principal Associate), Aishwarya Kapoor (Senior Associate) and Dhriti Mehta (Associate).

Anand Rathi Advisors Limited acted as financial advisors to the transaction and represented Witty.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised GSF in relation to entering into the said strategic partnership with Witty.

Witty has campuses in Mumbai, Udaipur and Bhilwara where they offer international curriculum like Cambridge, IGCSE, CBSE and ICSE. GSF has a network of international schools spread across 64 campuses and 11 countries. The objective of the strategic partnership is to capitalise on the individual strengths of both the groups and benefit from operating synergies.
