DSK, Bharucha, Duane Morris & Selvam act on Dreamfolks Services' Initial Public Offering

Dreamfolks Services Limited has, through an offer of sale by its promoters Liberatha Peter Kallat, Mukesh Yadav and Dinesh Nagpal, gone public with an offering of 17,242,368 equity shares.

Equirus Capital Private Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited (together the “Book Running Lead Managers/BRLMs”) acted on the sale.

DSK Legal assisted BRLMs on the deal.

The Red Herring Prospectus was filed with the RoC on August 17, 2022; the prospectus was filed on August 30, 2022 and the Company was listed on September 06, 2022 on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
