TPG-backed Quality Care India Limited (CARE) has acquired Indore-based Convenient Hospitals Limited (CHL), a super-specialty hospital with a strong cardiology and neurosciences expertise - for an undisclosed amount.

DSK Legal advised CARE on the transaction.

The core team consisted of Hemang Parekh (Partner), Gaurav Mistry (Partner), Akanksha Tiwary (Principal Associate), Saumya Malviya (Senior Associate), Hemanshi Gala (Senior Associate), Soham Roy (Senior Associate) and Sharmishtha Bharde (Associate).

The team was advised by Rimali Batra (Associate Partner) on legal due diligence, with Abhishek Singh Baghel (Associate Partner) advising on competition law aspects of the proposed transaction.

CHL was advised by Anoma Legal, Mumbai.
