Private equity firm, Everstone Capital has acquired a minority stake in Delhi-based Ozone Overseas for Rs. 60 crore ($11.41 million)..The Delhi office of DSK Legal advised Ozone with a team led by Partner Balbir Singh along with Senior Associate Kunal Sabharwal and Associate Ramya Suresh..Trilegal advised Everstone with a team led by Harsh Pais..The proceeds of the fund will be used to expand Ozone’s manufacturing capabilities, brand building and ramping up its distribution network..Promoted by Alok Aggarwal, Ozone Overseas manufactures glass doors, bathroom accessories and balusters for commercial and residential purposes.
