DMD Advocates acts on acquisition of Analytic Edge by C5i

C5i, an AI & analytics company, has acquired Analytic Edge Pte. Ltd. and Analytic Edge Private Limited (collectively, AE Entities), a premier provider of AI-based marketing analytics solutions.

DMD Advocates advised the AE Entities and their promoters on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate), along with Tarinee Sudan (Associate Partner), Shubhangi Bhatnagar (Senior Associate), and Malvika Gupta (Associate).
