Clove Legal, Indus, Rajaram, Trilegal, Goodwin act on Mswipe $31 million fund raise

Mswipe, which makes credit card swipe machines, has raised USD 31 million (over Rs 200 crore) from UC-RNT Fund — a joint venture between Ratan Tata’s RNT Associates and the University of California.
