Direct-to-consumer clothing and footwear start up “RapidBox” has secured approximately ₹37.1 crores (4.5 million) in Series A funding round led by SIG Venture Capital
The round saw participation from the Asian venture capital arm of the Susquehanna International Group of Companies (SIG), Tanglin Venture Partners, India Quotient, and Ananya Goenka.
Chandhiok & Mahajan acted for SIG on the deal.
The transaction team from Chandhiok & Mahajan was led by Kaushalya Venkataraman (Partner) along with Jagrat Rawal (Senior Associate) and Shivani (Associate).
Founded in 2019, “RapidBox” sells across category products including footwear, sports and casual fashion on its mobile app, controls the manufacture of goods with an in-house line and retails through its website as well as ecommerce platforms including Flipkart and Myntra.
