CCI clears merger of DLF Construction and DLF Hotels amp Apartments with DLF Projects Vaish represents DLF

Vaish Associates has represented DLF Limited in obtaining merger control clearance from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in relation to the proposed combination wherein DLF Construction and DLF Hotels and Apartments will merge into DLF Projects pursuant to implementation of scheme of amalgamation.
