Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Latham act on acquisition of CommScope mobile network by Amphenol

Amphenol Corporation has acquired CommScope Group's mobile network business for an aggregate of $2.1 billion.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Amphenol Corporation on Indian law aspects of the transaction.
