Burgeon Law acts on Drivetrain AI's ₹123 crore Fundraising

Drivetrain AI has raised ₹123 crores in a fundraising round led by Elevation Capital, Venture Highway and other prominent angel investors.

Burgeon Law advised Elevation Capital and Venture Highway in the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Roma Priya (Founder), Ankit Bhasin (Principal Associate) and Aastha Agarwalla (Associate).

Drivetrain AI plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and hire for engineering and product development positions in India as well as business development positions in the United States.

Drivetrain AI, founded in 2021 by Tarkeshwar Thakur and Saurav Bhagat, offers assistance to startups in developing integrated plans, budgets and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and identifying bottlenecks to growth.
