BMR, JSA act on acquisition of Spirotech by LU-VE S.p.A

Italy based LU-VE S.p.A  has signed a binding agreement to acquire 95% shares of Spirotech Heat Exchanges, an Indian company manufacturing and selling heat exchanger coils.
