AZB, Vaish, JusContractus lead on OYO acquisition of co-working space Innov8

Ritesh Agarwal led hospitality chain OYO has acquired Gurugram-based coworking startup Innov8 in an all-cash deal worth about INR 220 Crore ($31.84 Million).
