AZB sole counsel on Snapdeal’s 20% acquisition of GoJavas for 120 crore

Jasper Infotech, which runs the online marketplace Snapdeal.com, has acquired a 20% stake in logistics firm GoJavas for 120 crore to strengthen their supply chain infrastructure.
