AZB, Phoenix Legal act on Xander's acquisition of equity stake in Sanctum Wealth for ₹78 crore

Global Investment firm The Xander Group, has invested ₹78 crores in Sanctum Wealth, a Mumbai-headquartered wealth management company.

AZB & Partners advised The Xander Group and the team was led by Partners Ashwath Rau and Kashish Bhatia along with Senior Associates Amitabh Robin Singh and Sidhant Chandalia.

Phoenix Legal acted for Sanctum Wealth.

The new round of capital will be used to strengthen Sanctum’s operating platform and increase its client coverage.
