AZB & Partners assists Sukoon Healthcare Services in securing investment from Lightrock India

Mental wellness start-up Sukoon Healthcare Services Private Limited has secured a ₹124.2 crores approx. ($15 million) investment from Lightrock India for a majority stake in the healthcare unit.

AZB & Partners acted for Sukoon Healthcare in this deal.

The transaction team was led by Partner Ankit Tandon along with Senior Associate Aman Jain and Associate Divya Badlani.
