AZB & Partners acts on the acquisition of Virescent by KKR-backed IndiGrid

KKR backed India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) has acquired 100% of the units of Virescent Renewable Energy; and shares of Virescent Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited for ₹40 billion (approximately $485 million).

AZB & Partners advised the acquirer on this deal.
