Khaitan, AZB, Simpson Thacher, Kirkland act on acquisition of Healthium Medtech by KKR

KKR has signed definitive agreements to acquire Indian medical devices company, Healthium Medtech Limited from Apax Partners. KKR is making this investment from its Asian Fund IV. 

AZB & Partners represented KKR.

The transaction team consisted of Nandish Vyas (Senior Partner) and Malaveeka Chakravarthy (Partner).
