Axiom5, S&R Associates secure CCI approval for acquisition of ATC shares by Brookfield

Brookfield Manager Holding Ltd., through Data Infrastructure Trust, has secured the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approval for acquisition of 100% of the share capital in ATC Telecom Infrastructure for an enterprise value of ₹165 billion (approximately $2 billion).

The CCI approved the transaction on August 6, 2024.
