Argus Partners, AZB, SAM help KKR invest in Infinx

PE Fund Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) has invested in Infinx Services Private Limited (Infinx), an AI-driven company providing innovative and scalable revenue cycle solutions for the U.S. healthcare market

Pursuant to this transaction, a KKR-managed Asian Fund IV will acquire a significant minority stake in Infinx. Norwest Venture Partners, who led a financing round in Infinx in 2021, will make a further investment in Infinx.

Argus Partners advised the Infinx group and its promoters on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Abhinav Bhalaik (Partner) along with Armaan Patkar and Vallishree Chandra (Partners), Mayank Jhunjhunwala (Principal Associate), Ishita Agarwal, Himani Shah (Senior Associates) and Ayushi Khetan, Kanishk Gambhir and Samridhi Kapoor (Associates).
