Bank Merger: Anagram Partners, AZB act on Fincare Small Finance Bank merger with AU Small Finance Bank

Fincare Small Finance Bank has entered into a merger with AU Small Finance Bank in an all-share swap deal of approximately ₹4,414 crore (roughly $530 million).

Anagram Partners advised Fincare Small Finance Bank on this merger.
