Amarchand, DSK Legal act on Strides Arcolab’s acquisition of Shasun Pharma

Bangalore-based Strides Arcolab is set to buy drug maker, Shasun Pharmaceuticals in an all-stock transaction valued at about Rs.1, 200 crore ($221 million).
