Amarchand and JSA advise on L Capitals investment in Genesis Luxury Fashion

L Capital, the private equity arm of the world’s biggest luxury group, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) has invested Rs. 75 crore ($14 million) in Sanjay Kapoor-promoted Genesis Luxury Fashion (GLF) and GLF Lifestyle Brands in its second round of funding.
