Amarchand and AZB lead on China Ming Yangs acquisition of stake in Reliance Groups Global Wind Power

Chinese wind turbine maker, China Ming Yang has acquired a majority stake in Global Wind Power Limited, a group company of Reliance Capital of the Reliance ADA Group, to form a joint venture in the wind energy sector in India. China Ming Yang has acquired stake through its subsidiary Ming Yang Holdings (Singapore).
