ALMT Legal advises the Good Glamm Group on its acquisition of Bulbul

The Good Glamm Group, a renowned content-creator-commerce company having direct-to-consumer beauty and personal care brands, has made a 100% acquisition of a video commerce and shopping platform Bulbul (Aves Shopping Network) from its holding entity, Bulbulive Shopping Network Pte Ltd.

ALMT Legal advised the client on the transaction structure and drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating the transaction documents for 100% acquisition of Bulbul.

The transaction team consisted of Statira Ranina (Partner), Siddhi Ghatlia (Partner), Puneet Mishra (Senior Associate), Sheetal Mishra (Senior Associate) and Palak Shah (Associate).

The Good Glamm Group has previously acquired several companies like Vidooly Media Tech Private Limited (online video analytics software for advertising and media businesses), Boven Technologies Private Limited (Winkl brand that provides a platform connecting brands with influencers), Popxo (digital platform for women) etc.

ALMT Legal has acted as legal counsel for all the above acquisitions made by the Good Glamm Group.
