ALMT Legal advises SIDBI Venture Capital on its investment in OmniBRx Biotechnologies

SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL) has made an investment in OmniBRx Biotechnologies. OmniBRx has raised ₹30 crores in Series A funding round from Ubharte Sitaare Fund of SIDBI Venture Capital Limited.

OmniBRx Biotechnologies is a company involved in the business of developing and manufacturing single use bioreactors (SUBs) specifically for adherent cell culture, with applications in areas like vaccine manufacturing, viral vector production, cell and gene therapies and bio therapeutics.

The funding supports the company’s vision to expand their business in the overseas market and investment in building manufacturing facilities and production capabilities.
