The areas are mainly project finance in which our firm has already created a presence, other than that we are also developing a very unique service for large volume litigation and it is more in the nature of case management and the third area is Intellectual Property Rights sector”..Explaining about the unique case management service Khaitan said, “In insurance sector especially general insurance, at the moment in India the pendency is about 3-4 lakh cases. So we have developed a software whereby we can actually manage very large volume of cases for a particular insurance company without actually having to travel all the way etc. Everything will be done online. This service would be available to insurance companies and FMCG sector. In FMCG sector, we are providing this service to Hindustan Unilever. In the insurance sector we have already made in road into 3-4 big insurance companies. It is a very unique service which we are trying to develop and this will be a pan India service”..Khaitan talking about the rebranding added, “Once we have got these verticals going, we just wanted to give the firm a new look to be in sync with what we are planning to do”..The firm has offices in Delhi, Kolkata and now Mumbai. Khaitan also told Bar & Bench that the firm has a very strong presence in three cities in the South; Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.
